HOW LONG DO BALLOONS LAST?

Balloons are perishable items, so their lifespan is unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed.  Balloons are best for indoor use.
While balloons are recommended for day-of use, some clients choose to collect or receive their order the day before. 

TIPS: To prolong their lifespan, keep balloons in a stable, temperature-controlled, indoor environment especially during extreme hot/cold temperatures. Avoid sharp objects, rough surfaces, leaving them in the car for extended periods or frequently moving them between outdoor and indoor settings.

A rush fee applies to all décor items and installations booked with less than 4 weeks' notice, and for hand-painted items booked with less than 2 weeks' notice.
